Here is a list of the events that may be of interest to Radio Scouts. Events that have passed are left here for a while for reference.
If you would like an event included, sent the details via the Contact page. Be sure to include the name of the event, callsign, the start & end dates, a brief description of the event and the part played by Radio Scouting, a link to the event’s web page and an email contact for the organiser.

Callsign: There will be many stations each with their own callsign.
Where: All over the World.
Description: Similar to JOTA but run by the Guides.

* World Thinking Day on the Air 2026
2026 is the centenary of World Thinking Day on the Air and most celebrations will be on 22nd February, the joint birthdays of Lord and Lady Baden-Powell. The date falls on the 4th weekend in February. For some years, to avoid confusion, WTDOTA was held on 3rd weekend when the 22nd fell on a Wednesday and there was some doubt as to which weekend the Radio stations would be active. The third weekend was chosen to match Jamboree on the Air which is the third weekend in October and non-Scout or Guide Radio Amateurs, not knowing the significance of the date, would not be confused.
